  1. thats why they have learner plates on the cars and a instructor its the same thing just one for bikes and one for cars. how else will you learn am learning now ready for test and just remember that if you drive you were once a learner

  2. Certainly not a bad idea, But when i done my cbt years ago, we went out on busy public roads to do it. Theres also major cost to consider. If people want to drive, they will pay i suppose...

  3. No because car learners are supervised with L plates, bike riders are not supervised with L plates

  4. I think there should be a test like the bike one.

The problem with the car one is that it allows these mindless inexperienced kids to jump in to a car that can do high speeds at a h**l of a rate.

The should start younger but not on the road then when they reach 17 they can go out on the road and take a test like normal and be restricted to a 1.0 litre engine with no improvements like induction kits for two years with no convictions or points and they have to go a driving instructor to prove they are competent to get signed off to drive anything higher.  If they do receive points they get a ban car impounded and re do there test.

If youngsters complain about what i say well maybe you should think about what you guys do when behined the wheel showing off.

  5. Yes most definitely.

  6. The difference between car and bike is that a car driver must have a qualified driver with them when they drive, which is not the case with a bike. In most cases this should be adequate, but I can see that having the first time on the road with a qualified instructor would be beneficial.
