Absolutely - this is the oldest profession on earth and it isn't going anywhere!  If it were legalized than these woman would have access to things like health care and insurance.  They would also be able to take legal action against clients that refuse to pay, reducing violence against these woman, and exploitation by "pimps".  These are people who deserve protection while providing a service.
