I am very upset with this makeup and website. I should have known better, since this was in a website pop-up. No where when i was signing up, it said that I was going to be charged $70 for a product that is not even worth it!! Oh and no-where did I see that I had only 15 days to try this make up!! and if I did not cancel then, I would be charged!! NOWHERE!!. Oh yeah except in the terms of service which are written in size 1 letters and one has to squint to be able to read!!!!.. I am so appaled!! the Better Business Bureau will certainly have a record of them from me. $70 for 4 pieces of makeup and advertized as ONLY S&H FOR $7!! THAT'S JUST GREAT!! agggg!!!

  1. The did the same thing to me!!! I've been complaining to them trying to get my money back because 1) they're brushes separated frequently and 2) I got rash from the makeup and they won't do anything. It somehow was MY responsibility to read an e-mail AFTER I cancelled my service to return the makeup, which I would have gladly done had I ever received this e-mail. And I do check my junk bin, never saw anything from them. Now the makeup is in the trash because I can't use it. And I never saw the "terms of service" in the offer... on the website I've linked they are tiny and I'm to click on them and read them elsewhere? There was no way I could have seen them when they made the offer because I'm sure navigating away from the page probably resets things. Shifty company!!!!!!!! All they do is blame me and tell me the matter was resolved after their b!#@* of a customer service representative told me that it is basically all my fault that I was never given proper notification to return their makeup after I cancelled my membership. A cancelled membership is a cancelled membership. That means no more getting billed for c**p you don't want, and that means no more having to deal with the shady company; or at least giving the customer a way to solve the issue the way they want it solved instead of saying "too bad, so sad, we steal your money."
