Do you think lower back tatoos are hot? on men or women?

on men h**l NO. on women s**y (sometimes) but not really and i say that mainly because girl try and wear lower jeans to show them off and end up looking S****y as h**l. and if you get a lower back tattoo and you have a baby, during child birth they tell you, you cant get an epidural because of the ink. if it gets in your blood stream your in trouble.

I think they look great on women.  Lower back is feminine, not for men.

Depending on what the tattoo is of. I normally wouldnt have a problem with tattoo's that are cutural or tribal designs but getting something like a playboy bunny on your lower back if you were never in connection with playboy isnt right. I love simple, demure designs though. Better suited to woman.

i hate it when ppl call them TRAMP STAMPS!! just because you have a tattoo in this place dosnt mean your a wh.ore or like it up the a.ss..

its the 21st century, i think this term is nieve and shallow. Not everyone exposes their tatt for the world to see either.

but to answer your question i think they are very attractive. the femine body has great natural curves for this tattoo. i have one and am not a whor.e.. i get offended when people call them this.

it dosnt matter where u place the tattoo for it to be tacky, but what it is of and what it means to you :)

If its a decent tattoo then i think it can look great on a woman...men its a bit too feminine for me...

Just for the other answerers information, not all lower back tattoos are tramp stamps.

I happen to have one on the right side of my back.

However, the ones that are centered the small of the back can be tasteful, but they can also be trashy.
