Actually, marijuana was legal in America until 1935.  I've always believed it was outlawed to help stimulate alcohol sales.  After all, prohibition had recently ended, and booze sales were generating revenue.  On a constitutional basis, I see no legal reason for the state to control such a personal decision.  And by the way, I'm a coffee freak, and don't use pot.

remember your history, society said the same thing about alcohol when it was first introduced. Eventually, it will be legal, like it or not.

no. it wouldn't be as fun if it wasn't illegal. just like smoking.. you look over it like nothing. i don;t think it should be legal. people smoke weed all over anyway. lol

I say if they want to ban marijuana, they should go off banning tobacco and alcohol. Those are way worse than marijuana. If not, I say give me my d**n marijuana.
