Do you think michael phelps will accept my friend request?

i friended him on facebook a few days, and im 100% positive that its his page cuz he has like 4000 friends, i checked this morning and on his page it still says friend requested in grey. do you think he accepts fan friend requests?????!!!!! i hope so!!!

Most likely yeah. I mean 3900 of his friends probably are fans so yes, he will accept it. (unless u make him mad or something)

The other nite on NBC he said he would not be accepting any more friend request. He probably would have if you would have asked 3 mo.ago

It's most certainly not the Michael Phelps who just won his 8th gold medal at the Beijing Olympics.  And even if he were to be posting an invitation for friends - he could not possibly correspond with the thousands and thousands who would write him.  Hundreds of women will attempt to write him and invite him into their bodies - what makes you think you would have a chance?

i think he would but not on mysace. i went on his myspace and he only has like 4 friends and hasnt been on in years! lol i love michael phelps.

seriously i just heard on the radio that hes doesnt have the time anymore or something like that to accept more friends. he's doing so many interviews now. he's getting swamped with friend requests though it said, thats amazing.

First of all, I can assure you that if I was in Beijing and just made history the LAST thing on my mind would be checking my Facebook. I'd have to agree with previous answers. He probably has to many requests, because if I had a Facebook I'd request him, too. But I don't. He's being swamped with interviews and all things of the sort.

Sorry to say, but he probably won't.

Michael said the other night that he's getting too many requests, so he will not be accepting anymore friend request for Facebook.
