I definitely think so..Hrlem has always been legendary and beautiful and now they are "building"it to be more beautiful and more expensive//i says this because i live near the old and new yankee stadium and they have build that area so nice and beautiful as well as yankee stadium..

perhaps. but I will not be going there and neither will the people I know. I think neighborhoods TYPICALLY cater to locals (unless TImes SQ). Yes Harlem has Dinasour BBQ but there are Dallas BBQ's closer and RUB and Bluesmoke etc.. so no Reason to go to a hood where you may encounter crime. They may open but may not STAY open long.
