Do you think most WoW players are losers?

Most of them are super egotistical, racist, have no consideration whatsoever, are dumb and brag about their virtual items like it means something..no one cares? lmao. I think its super sad. Do you think this is a stereotype or do you think its true.

Im not bashing you or an i bashing anyone else, im just curious.  why do you ask?

I honestly think most of the people who play wow ARE nerds... not necessarily losers.  Its just want they like, to each his/or her own.        

and yes, a lot are racist, most are elitist and do brag, but its usually only to other Wow-heads.

Yes, I agree with that! Sadly, there are video-games which often develop tactics to make the game more appealing to players by taking advantage of their egoism and selfishness. They often do that by putting a high-level gap in order for players to spend much time reaching this extremely difficult gap. This has many side-effects to their original personality and as a result they are turned into aggressive and bad persons.

However, there are online games which don't make players spend their entire day in front of the pc and they often use a battle-system which is exclusively a team-based and cooperative battle-system. (For example, Guild wars, etc)

People who first played WoW (or L2 or a similar game) and tried after playing a more relaxed, cooperative game, didn't adjust to the new game because their personality has already been ruined by the previous selfish games.

Total stereotype, sure those people around, but most of them are just very normal people. Just like in the real world, all kinds of people around.

I work a full time job, run 15 miles a week, am in a good relationship, am not racist (or prejudiced as you were in your question), am considerate of others, have a degree in computer science (so no not dumb either) and I enjoy playing WoW a few times a week, as I enjoy playing other video games too.

True some people get all addicted and waste their lives (like they'd get addicted to watching TV, alcohol, drugs, sports etc.), others play it as it should be played, a video GAME.

I used to play WoW and i am none of these things, though i do hate most of the black people here.
