Do you think my cat is pregnant or just fat? ?

Help plz, i am going to take her to the vet, but i would like to know from before taking her also.

Aw!  She is so adorable.

I don't think she looks fat.  She is skinny in most places of her body, except for her little tummy.  That might mean she is pregnant, but it might not.  If you don't take her to the vet, you will find out soon! :)

Has her behavoir changed?  Pregnant cats are more affectionate and start nesting.

HARD TO TELL HAD LOTS OF CATS THAT GAVE BIRTH, BUT YOUR PHOTOS HAVE ME STUMPED. I THOUGHT I WOULD KNOW BUT ITS BEEN YEARS I MUST BE OUT OF PRACTICE SORRY.

shes pregnant, you can tell by the way in which she lays down on her side with her legs out. my cat tabby always lay like this when she was expecting. if your still unsure check her nipples they will be stood out if she is. also if she is gently feel her stomache it should feel tight if she was just fat it would be soft. shes beautiful and will have beautiful kittens.

signs of pregnancy

1,reddening nipples,-this is known as pinking up,and occurs about the 3rd week of pregnancy(cat only pregnant for 9 weeks.)

2,gradual weight gain 1-2 kgs depending on how many kittens she having.

3,swollen abdomen(don't prod the abdomen to feel for kittens,you could cause serious damage.)

4,behavior changes,when she becomes maternal

The only way to tell positively is to wait until you get her to the vet, or when the nipples are prominent and the belly can be seen moving (you can feel the kittens inside moving sometimes).  Just wait till you get to the vet, there is no way to tell by looking at pictures unless the pictures show kittens coming out - seriously.
