Do you think my cell phone company will give me a new cell phone?(Open for more details)?

k i have the enV2 from verizon wireless. on the front of the phone my "Ok" button and my Star (*), zero (0), and pound (#) button will not work. so i cant read any of my text msgs on the front. wat do u think? I mightve gotten food or something in it but they dont need to know that Lol

if you have insurance they will try and fix it but if they cant they'll give you another phone (maybe the same kind) free
