yeah i think so

It has some pretty buildings.  It also has plenty of higher education possibilities.  That said, as I prefer living in smaller cities, I'd probably pass on living there myself.

Wow, I haven't been to Baguio City in 40 years. I remember it was surprisingly cool back then. Thanks for the pics.
