Do you think my dream might have meant something?

I had about 20 different dreams last night. I can't remember what they were all about, I just remember having them. One of them was about my dad (he died when I was 13 from a drug overdose).

When I was little, he was in jail a lot. My mom and I would go visit him and on our way out he would put his hand in his cell window (a very tiny window, just big enough for your hand) as if to wave. I would always wave back, as if he wasn't in jail but just at the office or something and I was saying by to him until I got to see him again at dinner.

Well, anyway, my dream was like that except for I was grown. We were visiting him in jail and as we were walking back out I asked my mom if she thought he would still do the hand thing. He did it. We waved back, but unlike before I didn't want to leave. My mom was yelling at me to come on but I was ignoring her...I just stood there, looking at his hand in the window.

So, do you think it meant anything? If so...what?

Sorry about your dad.  I think this was a visit dream, where his spirit has come to let you know he is thinking of you and still around.  It's a blessing to have one of these dreams!

I have had dreams about my dad as well,he died last september.In my dream I only saw my dad out of the corner of my eye.

I think you dreamed of him becuase you miss him a lot,I know how you feel.

To me it sounds like you miss him thats all. It just shows that he is still in your heart.!
