he moved out cos he thinks i was cheating on him, took the baby to his moms, i call police, i want baby back. hes been gone since monday living at his moms. im trying rlly rlly hard to change and be a better person, but his friends are telling him to forget me and take me to court for custody of our kid. will this all blow over?

he says he cannot trust me.. I DIDNT Cheat on him. why is is friend saying i did? i have a kid, i have no time too?

How old are you? Sorry for this question. Do you really love him. If you didnt cheat on him then try to explain it to him. Have you ever cheated on him before? If its meant to be then it will work out but for the sake of the child i think both of you need to sit down like grown adults and talk about things. He shouldnt be listening to his friends because in most cases if a friend does not like the girlfriend or boyfriend they will say anything.

Maybe his friends are telling him these things because they are jealous of what you guys had together. The only thing I could suggest would just try to be patience try and talk to you man. Everyone goes thru rough patches I hope it works out for you guys.

since you let him take the child that was dumb you coudl lose it. i would be careful what you do cause it makes difference he can't trust you i wouldn't marry you period. marriage is trust love honestly and if you can not then its over and i think it maybe over for you just because it does not matter what is really happening if he trusted you he would not be gone.

seems like he really doesnt love you that much, if he did he should believe you the "love of his life" and not his  little punk friend

you should also take custody of your kid since he has no proof that you cheated on him

No, he does not want to get back together. HE has been cheating on YOU, so he used this as an excuse to move out on you.  The baby might be at his mom's, but he isn't.  He is at the other girl's house having a good time.
