I'm all but convinced that, had we started to bottle the offending gasses, Australia would not have had to sign the Kyoto agreement. But then again, if we had, we could've had other nations' armed forces snooping about looking for our 'chemical / biological weapons'.
I'm thinking about writing to the EPA (Environmental Protection Authority), but I'm not sure how they would respond.
