She's really self conscious about her weight, she's 5'4 and she weighs about 130-135 lbs.

She doesn't look fat at all! In fact, that's my ideal body shape! There's not much you can do to change your friend's outlook, but helping her get into a positive frame of mind will help her heaps.

what we think is irrelevant if your friend is unhappy with her shape and size. get her to join a slimming club slimming world is one of the best they will show her a healthy way to eat and manage and maintain a healthy weight they will also help her feel more confident
