Today, I spent 6 hours making this video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UNoxxWseIA

I didn't intend to, but in the middle of making it, i thought i might turn it in for extra credit.

We are learning about the holocaust right now, and are getting ready to do a project like this, but with narration in the background.

I am an A, B student, i pay attention, and that teacher likes me.

Do you think i could turn that in for extra credit??

  1. I think that you did a really good job.  I am not sure what grade you are in but I would caution you to check your sources for the info on the Allies knowledge.  Information was coming out of Germany and the occupied areas indicating that massive amounts of Jews were being killed.  The Allies were not in a position to take action.  It is not a major point but your teacher may notice.

Great job and I hope your teacher and classmates appreciate your work.

  2. eeewww what a horrible movie

not what u did just the pics in general well if u are doing a project like this already i would wait and hand them in together maybe u can get credited that way

  3. I visited Auschwitz 4 years ago, and your video is a fine way to remember those who died there and at other so-called camps. According to Auschwitz exhibitions, Jews were not the only people killed and/or tortured and/or experimented on at the camps. Many homosexuals, gypsies and Soviet Army liberators among others were captured, tortured and murdered in these camps. In other words, the so-called "undesirables" of the n**i regime were rounded up and sent to various of these camps for extermination (their word, not mine) and elimination.

I would turn it in as my project, and not for extra credit. Hoping to get extra credit seems to cheapen the motivation for having made the video. Perhaps your history teacher would appreciate the effort.

  4. I think this is a very respectable piece and you should be very proud of it.  She may or may not give you extra credit, but I would hope she would share it with the class since you all are studying the holocaust.

  5. i don't see why not... especially if it's a niceish teacher.
