okay. well a while ago my parents got divorced. since then my dad has choked me, hit me, told me im ****,... just abuse k. i called the police since then i dont go over there.

should she at least be able to to get some type of money from him?

my brother. he and my dad are close. but my dad is supposed to get his doctors appointments and stuff. k. well he cant see he needs glasses and needs to go to the doctor. he wont take him because he says my mom is making it up so that he has to waste his money.... not true.

he isnt really sane. i mean he is a good dad to my brother. so we know. so she wants him to continue seeing him. but she wants to get a check from him for me cause i dont go over his house and then a check to help with bills for my brother.

and im sure my dad doesnt hit my brother. he hit me yes but not him.

its called child support, and your mom has all the right in the world to get it from him. that's to help with the bills and to help keep food on the table, and he needs to keep medical insurance on you guys as well. i know break up is hard but it happens everyday and the kids are the ones to suffer the most from it. i hoped this helped and good luck !!!

I'm sorry hon.Your mother is a ding a ling and you can tell her I said so.Tell her to go to D.S.S. and tell them she needs child support.Sane or not, if your Dad makes money they will take child support out of his checks for the 2 of you.They will ALSO make him carry health insurance on the 2 of you.

If he says ANYTHING about it,tell him, NEITHER you or your brother asked to be born and  child support is NOT a punishment but HIS responsibility.
