Do you think my phone will survive?!?

Ok so it was in the washing machine last night because I forgot it in my pocket. Yesterday morning I grabbed it and put the sim card and back of the phone to dry in the sun. Later on I read on here rice could help. So my screen was all white from the soap I guess(inside cause I couldnt just wipe it off) This morning the screen is getting so much better from being in the rice. Do you think my phone will work again? Should I leave it out another day before trying it?

I don't think it would hurt to leave it in for one more day. I am sure  you rather not have it for a day and it work than be unpatient and take it out and it not work!! Good luck, hope it still works for you.

the lcd screen is most likely toast, lcd does not like water and in contack it makes a foam that is, guess what? white. the phone may power on as long as it wasnt powered while getting wet, but if so, itself may be toast as well.
