ok...i really need to start going back to sleep earlier cuz my sleeping habits are really jacked up right now.I only got a little bit of sleep last night (its early morning right now-im an insomniac)so, if i stay up and don't take any naps this whole day, won't i be tired enough to get to bed really early today, and thus getting my sleeping schedule back on track?! do you think this will work?? ( i'm gonna do it anyways but i want to know what u people think)
