Do you think my plan will work...?

ok...i really need to start going back to sleep earlier cuz my sleeping habits are really jacked up right now.

I only got a little bit of sleep last night (its early morning right now-im an insomniac)

so, if i stay up and don't take any naps this whole day, won't i be tired enough to get to bed really early today, and thus getting my sleeping schedule back on track?!

do you think this will work?? ( i'm gonna do it anyways but i want to know what u people think)

  1. It's what I do when I travel or when my shift patterns change.


  2. Yes I think your plan will help.. but I would also advice not doing anything too stimulating before going to bed as your mind will still be active. Things like using your computer for example, if you do this prior to going to bed or if you wake in the early hours and log onto the internet, i think you will find that your mind is too active to rest.
