Do you think my website is illegal and will get shut down?

All i do is search for the videos on megavideo.com and copy and paste the embed code, but my friend says it's against the law. Is that really illegal?

Is all you are doing is embedding a flash player from another site, it is not technically illegal.

However, if the content is not approved for online viewing AND you are not authorized to do so, then it is.

The likelihood of them coming after you.... slim.
