Absolutely. Get one of completely bombed ones or near a hot bombing area. Price has fallen greatly there.

If I had the money to spare I would certainly consider it for reasons already stated.I feel another possibility right now might be Zimbabwe.

Arguably, it could be. However, there is the risk that the vacation home pysically won't be there by the time things start to calm down.

This is an excellent time to buy as the prices for this area are still low and Europe and Russia have already shown a huge interest in this area with how they flock to the Red Sea and Dubai.  When things settle down( and they will) people will look further afield.  Americans and others will head there to see where family members sadly perished  and also spend some time near where their souls departed and to understand the area.  I say go for it.
