hmm, well No, I think that he is going to favor cars over thoroughbreds.  And I think that he will choose Indy over Nascar.

How can he not be fair to every race? In general, if there is unfairness to a particular race, it would be the race in the minority. As he is part of a minority race, I don't see why you would treat minorities unfairly. As far as the majority race, there are enough people of the majority race in power. People of the majority race will be able to live in the same manner as before.
