Do you think one could be more likely fired from a private small sales company vs. a large corporation?

I work for a private sales agency and the owner is a total jerk. I have a chance to accept a position with a sales company in same industry but it's working directly for the corporation. Who do you think would be more willing to fire me if I did'nt hit my numbers on a regular basis?

it depends

a small company your numbers would be more noticable whereas in a large company it could be easily overlooked....

but in a large company they have more employees, so if they did notice they wouldnt miss you, but a small company might have a harder time finding employees

why dont you just do your job right and hit your numbers!!
