Do you think only Yogis and Saints can get to know God easily?

In my opinion it is Humble honest Common person ( May be you and Me) who gets the insight and may continue his journey without making it obvious to the World :-)

  1. know

    no one knows God.

  2. In my opinion... he who gets to talk with "God" is he who learns to listen and stops long enough to hear...

  3. I don't think so. Its not necessary that all chaps only knew the god.We can also feel the god.  God is inside every human beings, u just've 2 feel the god wd devine heart.

  4. dude every one have to work hard if he wanna get anything in life there is no short cut for sucess in life....even they also worked hard to get got...even u or i can get got if u should toil hard like them...it is easy to get god in kalyuga we needs less efforts to get god

  5. No it is not yogis or saints who happen to know God  easily.  It can be a common man also like you and me and it is also a fact I believe it goes without making obvious to the world.  Knowing God is inner feeling , if a person is pious praying free from the trecherous ambitions , he would definitely feel the presence of God.

  6. Yogis and Saints were common people once too.  They just had the calling to proclaim their journey where some of us are called to a more quiet journey.  Everyone sees God in their life, even the Atheists.  They just proclaim they don't believe in Him.

  7. Only Devotees or Bhaktas can easily God or Bhagavan and not anyone.

  8. Yes

  9. Yes,You are absolutely right. We find many instances in our ancient scriptures about persons, who realized God, yet they are not recognized by the world as 'Yogi.' We exist in two realms. One is external and another is inner. It is discretionary on the part of a person, whether he'll allow others to identify him as a 'Yogi or not. As per 'Bhagawad Geeta', our priority should be determined by duty, we are destined to do in life and not just realization of God. "Arjuna' was a warrior, who realized God (heard the voice of God) in the battle field.

  10. It is not necessary. that you should be a Yogi to see GOD.If you have faith in GOD  n if you do your duty properly, you can see or hear GOD.But it is not necessary that he should be in the same costume as we see in movies. He comes in disguise. It may in the form of your family members or some stranger.

  11. Very true!

  12. knowing god means knowing other kinds. every one can see a god.best one is ur mother .only ur mother can give u the love and care like a god.she is our god the one we can beleive withour life.

LOVING SOMEONE WITHOUT ANY REASON U CAN COME CLOSE TO KNOWING GOD,BUT TO B GOD U GOT TO LOVE THEMALL NATURE ANIMALS  EVERY THING .CAN ANY ONE DO THAT

  13. No, fools can too.

  14. I wouldn't necessarily say "easily", but, history seems to suggest that genuine spiritual experiences are had by only a very few.

Testimony also seems to suggest that path, practice, faith or devotion are also unimportant in attaining high spiritual experiences - by which I mean experiences profoundly different from the everyday in contrast to those that are just another way of looking at things.

There is no common pattern of behaviour immediately apparent showing how to be able to attain such experiences.  Some individuals who completely lack, faith, devotion or any interest in spirituality or spiritual practices also spontaneously get such experiences.  Over-stressing does seem to be a common factor but even it is not universal.  Though it makes one wonder if the experience might not be natures mental safety valve for people practicing extreme forms of behaviour - a sort of time-out device.

Language, cultural background and beliefs evidently influence how the mystic relates his or her spiritual experience.  This accounts somewhat for the variations and also similarities between them.  But also there is no way of knowing if these mystics' experiences actually differed greatly from each other as they were directly experienced either, regardless of any disparity in how they were related.  Do all mystics experience "God" in the same way?  Who can say for sure - the mystics?  I doubt it.

There is one interpretation that maintains that experiences of God are still just another illusion.  That all experiences whether everyday or spiritual are all simply maya.  This position postulates a conceptual void, an attribute-less raw sentience behind all manifest illusory experiences  - in other words its all a dream, God, Nirvana, reality, the whole shebang, anything experienced is just the "dreamstuff" of this void.

From the accounts of this void being attribute-less, featureless, characterless, inaccessible, indiscernible, inexplicable, and all the other adjectives describing what it doesn't have and what it isn't, then it seems pointless to hold it in any sort of high esteem - that would be literally worshiping nothing!!!  The void then just becomes a mundane bedrock of sentience upon which everyone's experience of being plays out.

Examining how others perceive the  world it quickly becomes evident that no two experiences are ever exactly the same.  Thus everyone's experience is unique and equivalently valid as it is without modification.  Individuals can extract a system of personal morality and preferred mode of conduct for themselves if they come to understand this.  Esteem the diversity in it if one must esteem something.

So what need of mystics, mystical teachings, mystical paths and spiritual practices?  You are no better than anyone else and no one else is any better than you - we all in the same situation.  There's more divinity down here at the bottom of the pyramid than there is at the top - which is empty.

  15. Sorry to break your bubble but Yogis and Saints don't exist. They are regular people (who waste a lot of time) but can put on a good show sometimes.

  16. i dont really have an opinion on this topic

but i do feel that anyone whose feelings are true and is having complete faith in GOD can get the insight and may continue his/her journey whithout showing it to the world....means no show-off!!....as same to your opinion!

but besides that, i believe,  there might be some saint or yogi in woods or in temples, like olden times,  who is on his journey to know the real God, i suppose!

  17. first of all let us define god.

    who is god

who is suppose to be almighty and give you only all the good you want.

You know you are the best and you know you give love and passion to everybody else. you are so pious: you are d**n sure that you do everything right and good. then why do need god?

it is because you are worried what do get back from others. is it good and right? is it acceptable by you? does it make you comfortable and happy? so,  you need god for the other people to act or react in favour of you. So your sole happiness and peace lies the way the OTHERS move with you. that means god lives in all others except you. and every one is blessed to see all others by just living. see god in others.

this is what yogis and saints do.but they are professionals . thats all.

  18. No
