yes but the government is  keeps lying to us about the existence of other life forms  and i think they have a place where they keep the ufo that crash landed  and  aliens left behind that have been killed.

Does it make any difference? If it's being, what can we do? I think there's a lot of much more important questions. They're supposed to know better what to do. (maby you can compare this to the "cities and wild tribes". Are we assessing any tribes?

No, I don't think that our progression is being watched by extraterrestrials.

Why not? Because 1. The extraterrestrials can use high-speed

supercomputer simulations rather than spend vast amounts of time

watching the real thing. and 2. If a superior extraterrestrial species

discovered us, they would more likely quickly eradicate all humans

with an overwhelming barrage of various types of weapons of mass

destruction, due to perceiving us as a potential threat and/or an

ideological opponent.

Probably. For what reason, I'm not sure.  I believe in the existence of UFOs. I also think the evidence of their existence has been denied by our government.  But then the government has routinely misrepresented the truth, ie:lie.  Information from some inside source that has direct access to  data that  will reveal the scurrilous actions of our government. Disinformation, Their use of a threat to National Security, is so transparent. I believe that probably 50% of our population is engaged in some position that is related to law enforcement.  We have no privacy.   It has been compromised for decades by the  Security Office, the FBI, the CIA, the Pentagon, and clandestine departments whose existence we will never know.  So, I'm happy that our species is being assessed by entities with intellectual abilities that would make even our brightest population appear to be developmentally disabled.

yes, the alien beings that created us in a petri dish ,and fired us in a rocket to the earth so we could grow and florish , have been tending us ever since! You know kinda like we tend and take care of our gardens. They provide us with water, rain.  They provide us with warmth, the sun. They provide us food, other animals and plants. They weed out the weak, the evil, the good ,bad and ugly, hence war!  Oh yes they take good care of us and are with us always!

Yes, me and my kind have been watching you for thousands of years. We came to assess the threat level you may pose in the future, as you advance. However, what we have seen indicates your immanent extinction, if left to your own means. We are considering your potential value as pets, currently.

A few fuzzy photos are not proof of UFOs. Assertions of cover-ups are not proof.

I can suggest three possibilities:

1. Let´s say I´m the creator. As such, my intelligence would be beyond any human expectation, thus, I would create a system capable of taking care of itself, because I don´t need to be annoyed by repairs or lengthy assessments.

2. Let´s say Nature is in charge of things, then I would say Nature is taking very good care of things, destroying things where needed and making sure whatever is needed reproduces profusely. Then, Nature must be assessing situations all the time to maintain an equilibrium.

3. Some other life form from outer-space? Why not, but until I get introduced to one of them....
