Yes, in the sense that your dreams are video snippets of what your unconscious mind dwells upon during your waking hours.  Your conscience, your discernment of right from wrong, will play out in your dreams (unless you're a sociopath, in which case you'll be playing out your fantasies or re-hashing how society or your mother has damaged you).  Remember, one "dream" actually lasts less than a second, and your waking mind attempts impose order upon chaos, and strings together bunches of unrelated "stories" into something approaching a coherent whole.
