  1. I hope not.

  2. After 9/11 I think the whole country was looking around for terrorists and anyone who even looked Arab was treated with suspicion. So there may be the same thing to a smaller extent.

  3. While there are always a few idiots on this planet who use any excuse to exercise their prejudice, they will be in the minority. The US attitude towards Russian immigrants has always been, "Good...you're here instead of there!" My younger daughter's best friend is a Ukrainian/Russian and I have always seen her treated with great respect and many people here who's ancestors came from Russia are fascinated conversing with her about her former homeland.

  4. ya, some people do that.

  5. good news for you:

only jerks confuse government aggression with the people that come from xyz country   - - - this is good because they identify themselfs for you and you can leave them to their ignorance

EG: i hate that Iraqis are been slaughtered, that Iraqi parents sleep with their children so if American bombs hit their house while they sleep at least they will die together, i hate that the usa uses young peoples blood to steal oil, i do adore americans, i hate the evil government and all the bloodshed and propaganda

    a

  6. Only the morons will, Sorry but we do have our share of them too.

  7. I haven't seen any of that attitude where I live, but you never know.  There is ignorance everywhere.  I grew up in the days of the Cold War, when the Soviet Union was the "Evil Empire".  I learned Russian from some native speakers who defected and came here to live.  I never saw anyone treating them badly.  They were just people who left their homes for a new life here, like many immigrants before them.

And keep in mind one of our finest Olympic athletes, Nastia Liukin, is Russian born.  I hope nobody is speaking badly about her or her family.

If anybody gives you trouble about your ethnic background, tell them you are an American.

  8. nope not at all....not until an American dies, but not until then, the US didn't do anything to the Japanese until they hit pearl harbor, and until we went to Vietnam they had no problem with the Vietnamese

  9. Thay better knot.

If thay gives yer eny trouble jess call me and I'll sort em out for yer wit a knuckil sammich.
