The first answerer is a moron.  Going faster does not use less gas.

A lot of people are already slowing down.  Every little bit helps.

no..ppl dont seem to care, i went somewhere the other day and was doing 5 over the speed limit, and ppl were passing me like i was sitting still

I've already noticed it. 3 months ago if you were going less than 75 you got ran over, now the fast lane is about 75 and you see the slow lane about 60, go figure!
