um, as long as you actually do the things he tells you, and do them exellent, almost perfection..it takes time..  you have to be patient

absolutely, I began cleaning at 11 and I am the best house cleaner you'll ever find. My family calls me Mrs. Clean and I am proud to say I am. You'd be surprised what 12 year old can do. Give it a try.
