I love Cuban food. It's like Spanish, but drier and sweeter. Black beans and rice, fried plantains, etc. What is Peruvian food like?

I have only had 1 chance to eat something that just said peruvian in the title.  Whether it was authentic, I have my doubts.  I would have liked it far better had the chicken be deboned.

I have never tried it, I don't know of any Peruvian restaurants in London but I may try and find one now.  I worked with a Peruvian security guard once and he said they eat guinea pigs, it put me off a bit!

I have never had it, but if it is savoury and spicy I will love it - as long as it has no tripe!  I will have to look up some recipes!
