  2. Well, my dog when I was a kid was absolutely convinced that she would grow up to be a human eventually.

    Cats aren't jealous.  They would not deign to want to be a lower life form. . .

    Animals can't feel jealousy like that.

    It's just humans who think 'I'm jealous of my cat, she gets to sleep for twenty hours a day and doesn't work'- animals don't care much.

    you may have heard the phrase "Dogs think they are human. Cats think they are God."

    i think this is true, in a funny way lol

    dogs are pack animals, so they will try to conform to our "pack", or family. cats however, see us as servants lol
