  1. It is probably the most important part of a persons day. It gives one time to refresh and remove those complicated tasks from the mind for a time.


  2. Most definitely...for your body and mind....

  3. Very important.  Not relaxing and being in a constant state of rushing around can make one incredibly stressed out even if they don't realize it.  Many medical conditions are caused or exacerbated by stress, including:

        *  Chronic pain

        * Migraines

        * Ulcers

        * Heartburn

        * High blood pressure

        * Heart disease

        * Diabetes

        * Asthma

        * PMS

        * Obesity

        * Infertility

        * Autoimmune diseases

        * Irritable bowel syndrome

        * Skin problems


  4. No doubt.  I have been conducting a life long study on relaxation.
