yes i think because it will give them more confidence  and they will not be in a state of confussion any more.in this way they can manage this aspect of their life skillfully.

I think that it should start much earlier.  around age 12.  that's about 7th grade.

i think it should be in 7th grade because kids are starting much earlier now days. It should teach abstinance and how to protect yourself if you are going to have s*x. Some schools just teach dont do it when they should teach both not to and how to protect urself if you want to.

with class 9, i think you mean grade 9. My school learned at grade 7.
