  1. Than the alternative? H*** yes!!!!!!!!

  2. You mean the "doctrine emphasizing a person's capacity for self-realization through reason; rejects religion and the supernatural" Yes.

Otherwise I'd sacrifice goats to Odin to win the lottery.

  3. If by secular you mean the rejection of religious or supernatural doctrine - its validity can no more be proven one way or the other than said doctrine. It is therefore a matter of personal opinion.

  4. I'm signed up as one, so of course I think yes. Because it's better to...

Build a hospital, not a church.

Take complete responsibility for my own behaviour.

Do a deed to help the suffering, not say a useless prayer.

  5. yup

  6. No. It is logically invalid. Atheists claim that there is no god. That claim cannot be proven, as it is a universal negative. To get around this atheists now say they have an "absence of a belief in God."

Atheists claim to love logic and reasoning, but fail to use it properly when defending their beliefs. Among other things, secular humanists believe in:

    1. Atheism

    2. Materialism

    3. Naturalism

    4. Relativism

None of these beliefs can hold any water.

  7. To one who believes that all of the answers come from himself, and all of his abilities come from himself, then, yes.
