Miley's freakishly skinny and needs to eat some cheeseburgers. I think Mandy just needs to work a little bit on the toning. Not that she's like overweight, it'll just add a healthy look. She has that typical teenager pudge in the tummy.

But isn't she like, 21? In my personal opinion, she's a bad influence on Miley.
