Do your hair it looks like you just got out of the shower, wax your eyebrows and wear a little makeup you'll be an 8-9. pretty though.

I agree with coca cola. If she wore a little mascara and lip gloss, and  styled her hair, she could look really good. I'd give her a 7 though.

I think she is beautiful!! Most girls feel ugly and/or awkward at 13 or 14.Hopefully, she will one day realize how beautiful she really is.
