  1. Yes

  2. No, the health risk is negligible if you're young and in good health. The downside is that you could end up smoking more and more.

  3. Yeah you would be better off smoking 1 cigarette a day...

But smoking is bad regaurdless and cigars are extra nasty.

  4. yeah but, can't be that terrible. If your trying to be healthy if not probably wouldn't matter.

**Use your brain ..., if your inhaling toxins from tobacco, into your lungs once a week of course it's bad for you. Nicotine is a poison...

And I like to puff on a cigar once in awhile but  I'm not retarded.

  5. of course!!!!

  6. No.  One the contrary, it is quite nice and relaxing.  At 1 cigar a week, you are only increasing cancer and heart disease risk microscopically, if at all.

  7. Smoking one cigar a week is smoking in moderation.  You will be fine, nothing to worry about.

  8. yes smoking a cigars once a week is what i usually do. I'm a cigar aficionado and i have looked into the health affects of cigar smoking.

now when doctors have done test on people they did it on people who smoke 2-5 cigar a day, and their chances do go up for mouth gum and throat cancer does go up compared to someone who does not smoke at all. now remember these test are done for people who do not inhale their cigars and so their chances for lung cancer are significantly less then for a cigarette smoker which is at high risk for all of them.

so doctors do not know the health affects for cigar smokers that are occasional smoker which is 1 cigar a day or less, so like the great zino davidoff had said everything in life with moderation and you will be fine. their are three kinds of cigar smokers addicts, habit, or hobbyist which are you?  if you have any more cigar questions just email me

  9. As long as you smoke it properly, and that means by not inhaling, no.

Just keep in mind that it is still not without its health issues.

I can't stand people that comment on issues that they have no knowledge of, too.

FYI - there are many health insurance companies that rate cigar smokers the same as non smokers......

  10. Regardless, smoking, drugs, drinking, etc. are all health risks that you will take responsibility for. Although cigars are not illegal, they do cause your healthy lungs to turn into a really bad condition as your smoking habits progress, lowering your life span by approximately 10 - 20 years, and raising you chance of lung cancer.
