  2. If they contine to speak,Yes.   If they shut up, No.

  3. Yes. Kind of. Because they are stating that they have nothing to say witch could be the polite thing to do in certain situations. Yet, they are also saying they aren't going to say anything. Yes it is most definitely an oxymoron.
