Do you think stores should offer a discount for having exact change?

That would be pretty awesome.. but our government is too greedy.

I think that would be interesting. A small reward for it may encourage people to make things easier. One could save quite a bit that way. The problem would be especially with expensive things, like computers and such. People would lose a lot of money discounting for everything bought like that :/
