Is it safe to use any Peri Balm or Episiotomy Cream after a full cut Episiotomy? What do you think about "Whole Woman" Peri Balm and NaturalEco's Episiotomy Cream? Can any of these products really helpful for Episiotomy treatment? Have any example or experience to heal serious Episiotomy by these medicines?

  1. It has been 2 days & no one has answered you, so I think I will at least give you the flip side. Using NOTHING after an episiotomy is not a good idea.

Read the Peri Balm ingredients here: http://ensantlotions.com/ensantperibalm....

$35 is a lot of money for what it is. But yes, perfectly safe.

The "Easiotomy" cream has several herbs added for healing. Read ingredients on this page: http://www.naturaleco.com/natural-remedi...

Again, perfectly safe and looks like it is the same price. If it were me, that's the one I'd choose.

If I couldn't justify the price, I'd make poultices of comfrey root powder & calendula leaves and keep the wound moistened with pure olive oil while the skin tightens and the scar forms - at least 6 weeks.

Also follow your health care providers advice about cleanliness.
