Do you think taking college online chemistry would be hard as h**l?

OK.. So, I am taking anatomy and phys. this semester, and I am going to take Chemistry.. just so I can get into the Nursing program. Has anyone taken online chemistry? Anyone have any advice?

Its not very different, a lot of the online chemistry classes come with what is called web casts. You see the teacher and everythign as thought you were sitting in the class. If its just a normal online chem class it could be difficult in the sense that you only have the book. However, there is usually a discussion board and what not. It really depends on your ability to grasp chem, if you are okay at it it shouldnt' be too hard for you. I took my Chem online, although I had the option to go to the class as well. I don't see how you could take this online -- I don't think you'll be getting the full value of this class.  What about labs? What about the exchange of ideas through face-to-face contact with your classmates?

To me, that is what makes a class worthwhile.
