The right conditions would be: (1) Enough dinosaur blood from the same speices of dinosaur. (2) A warm enough climate. and (3) the right food, or a substitute food that the dinosaurs could eat without dropping dead.

Dinosaurs became birds.   Why don't you ask will we have birds in the next 25 to 65 years.

Birds are the only remaining dinosaur so unless they die in 25 to 65 years then we will have real dinosaurs. Will extinct dinosaurs ever be cloned? Not likely unless the fields of genetics and computer science meld into one and we can create then grow strands of DNA assembled by computers based on algorithms determining the target organism. 25-65...seems like not enough time to do this.

We've recovered fragments, but the genome,

not to mention the mitochondrial DNA is lost.

Even an attempt to recover the mammoth would only

result in a 'look-alike', and we have far better

samples there.
