Do you think that Americans will ever demand honest clean leaders?

We have Obama and McCain, both pretty slimy, we had Bush (maybe the slimiest,) Clinton was right in there, and of course both Reagan and Bush Sr. were into the Iran/Contra scandal up to their armpits. I can't think of anything with Carter, but Ford pardoned Nixon. Nixon was likely as bad as Bush. Johnson? Kennedy was pretty slimy.

I think Nixon was by far the worst president. Bush is definitely bad, but seems worse because everything is current and Nixon has been forgotten a little bit.

As long as we have this two party system, the American people are going to eat what they are fed. They won't realize there are other options and better choices. This is just the way things are and the government doesn't want to lose control and is bound to do its best to keep things this way, so nothing gets out of their hands.

That would be a total waste of time without first demanding reliable and verifiable elections. Right now the ruling class can elect who they want because the voting machines allow the elections to be rigged. I am baffled by the lack of interest in this topic on the part of most people. It's like people want to pretend the problem doesn't exist. Insane.
