Do you think that Collingwood are happy just to make the 8 each year?

Now let's be fair...they also have their millions of dollars in endorsements from foreign companies and the faint belief that they actually represent ordinary working people to cling to.

I totally think so, i would be happy if the eagles make it into the top 8 this season! seriously though, it is an achievement for a club to get into the top 8, but i think collingwood has a possibly season win around the corner in the next 5, 6 years.

i'm not sure about that one....

the collingwood fans would be satisfied with their team finishing in the top 8 all the time! definately!

but as for the team... collingwood is a pretty good team (and Dale thomas is mighty fine =P) so i think they could probably do better than just 'making the eight'... their time will come

I think making 8 each year is reasonable. But,  it is JUST about right !

16 teams in the comp.  If you make the eight every year, you've done well!  But as someone else said, you only play professional sport to win (and earn money and pull girls but that's beside the point :-))
