Do you think that English pavements are a mess?

They look like a patchwork quilt and are a hazard where you can so easily trip up. It is one of my pet hates - they make the streets ugly.

Yep. So... slip on the dog c**p trip on an uneven one with a camera and witnesses and go for the compensation claim from the relevant council. I've had a coupla grand through it ! Dead easy.
