You would be surprised to know that very few Moto GP riders actually ride bikes on the road. They have more sense than to ride around at 250kmh in traffic.

No,He's just some Swedish rider who gets his kicks from riding hard on the road.His name is known to the Swedish authorities,and public but I can't be bothered researching it.

One site I looked at reckon his name is Patrik Furstenhoff and is part of a Swedish Wheelie team, but I don't know if that site is right or not.
