  1. you don't say how tall you are but you are definitely a big girl.

if you are going to eat at those places or anywhere for that matter.

don't eat til you are full and try to avoid eat much of the high calorie items.walking is probably the best exercise for exercise haters.also, dancing. all movement burns calories. so just move more.

also, i think the site below would be helpful to you on a number of different things. it's free ,you can sign in and watch the videos and go from there. good luck.

  2. I don't think that you are fat. I think that you just to need to watch what you are eating. I do have a good tip for eating out at places. Most American portions are out of controll. When the server brings out your food, ask for a take home box right away. and put half of it away. That way when you are eating, you don't have to worry about overeating and you can just relax when you are having your meal. There is also another thing that you can do. Its very hard but it will cut out tons of calories and doesn't fill you up, you should skip the bread basket. Its going to be difficult but its way better for you.

  3. Your ideal body weight depends on how tall you are. The average american woman is 5'4" 140 lbs and 20 lbs overweight. Eat lots of salads with out tomatoes. Cut the junk food. Drink water or diet soda. Lose the bread, french fries, potatoes and pasta and you will lose weight. Grilled chicken breast is good. Green beans are good. Asparagus..cucumbers..pickles..cheese..m...  and eggs for protien. A bowl of special k for breakfast with out sugar on it. use splenda.

  4. whats your height?

EDIT: ok now that i know your height, no i wouldnt say fat, but you deffinatly need to start watching what you eat and how often you eat.  really, just walking or running is good enough to do, just to get you off your butt :)

and for the better foods to eat, just do the obvious, cut out fast foods alltogether. stop drinking sodas. dont eat sugar/dessert type items everyday, instead eat a small sweet item like 2-3 times a week.

really just start walking more, and eat smaller portions.

  5. Unless you're 5' 11", you're probably overweight (that's when your body mass index goes over 25, assuming you weigh 175 lbs). Of course, muscle weighs more than fat, so perhaps you're just really muscular.

  6. Yes u are fat.

Oh and eat at Subway and Nando's, but then burn it off instantly.

  7. same as me !! nope..don't think you're fat

  8. I've lost about 100 lbs, and of all the things I've done... increasing physical activity, reducing simple carbs, slight calorie-cutting... The most effective long-term moves were also the most easy. I got away from "famine foods" -- reduced fat milk and WHEAT (all wheat including whole wheat and related additives). I also took psyllium fiber like older folks take. This probably doesn't sound right, and yeah the list of what I eat is short. But I don't go hungry at all and the weight falls off.
