Do you think that Marijuana should be legalized?

Tell me your reason for why or why not?

I must say that I think that it should be legalized.

If legalized, any restrictions?

Oh and while we are at it..... What are some good 60's,70's,80's songs to listen to when your high? I really dont like to listen to rap but if you have any good suggestions for songs that would be cool. For example i like bob marley, i can see clearly now. :DDD Please put the artist and song if you can!

I would also like to point out... No one has ever DIED from smoking pot. By died, i mean, they have never O.D'd. If you would like to argue this fact please feel free.

How many deaths has alcohol caused? Countless almost. Yet its still legal. How many health problems has it caused people over the years?

What exactely has marijuana caused? Happiness? Tell me thats a crime. Alcohol causes some to act out in violence where as marijuana does not.

So why exactely cant it be legalized?

I think they wont legalize it because they would have such a hard time taxing it.

I'm a senior citizen, but I think it should be legalized, and taxed as alcohol is.  My only reason for being against it, it does lead to stronger  drugs in teens at least, not a good thing.  It is used for cancer patients to help relieve pain.  It does have a unique odor, which I find very unpleasant.  But I feel the same way about cigarettes. I Can See Clearly Now!  Still luv that songI feel if you need any of these substances for your happiness/joy in life  something is lacking.  Why not try to figure out what is missing in your life and make some changes.

If alcohol and nicotine are legal marijuana should be also.

The truth is, all of these banned substances need to decriminalised at the very least.

The drug war causes more problems than it solves.

I agree that there is no good reason for it to be illegal, not one! Almost all the people I know smoke it and they have never been in any trouble related to violence or otherwise in their lives. I dont particularly enjoy it that much (apart from the odd evenin when Ive done all that needs to be done cause it makes me really tired) personally I would like a few more things to be legalised as I enjoy them and they cause no harm to anybody (and if I cause my own body any harm which is yet to be proved then I really dont understand the whole legal not legal business, surely its nobody's business but your own what you do with yourself as long as you're not causing others any harm)?

I would vote NO for legalizing it because it causes people to be less responsible workers, parents and citizens. I don't like drinkers either.
