  1. Well, Marx wrote "The Communist Manifesto".  As such, any political movements following Marx probably promote Communism.  Communism is grounded in Marxism.


  2. not necessarily.

    there are leftist parties, in Europe for example that believe in Marxism but practice capitalism.

    communism isn't really practiced in the true sense because it has been proven to fail.
