  1. This was kinda desperate of him to do because for one he only met this woman once and just decided to choose her as VP?? that's not a good representation on how he will be making choices for our country.. people will probably see that and women voters will especially feel offended because of how he thinks that just because a woman is on the ticket that women will vote for him based on that alone.. now i think she seems like a good woman with a family (5 kids) and a son in Iraq so shell know a couple of things that the average person might be going through.. but i still don't think this will persuade anyone.. Obama still has my vote as an independent voter..

  2. No.I guess it makes matter worst.I have a strong feeling there will be less and less voters.

  3. I don't think he will win over Hillary supporters because they were just that.....Hillary supporters. Many people don't know who this woman is. She's governor of Alaska, which only has a population of about 9,000. She's way too short on experience, and the only thing she's really got going for her is the fact that she's a woman. I don't think McCain made a good choice....but that may just be my opinion.

  4. I think the folks who were set in their vote before the last 24 hours will probably not be swayed.  However, I think a good number of the millions of folks who were undecided or in any way reluctant will be swayed by the fact that she is a capable, bright, forthright, and very REAL woman.

Kinda hard for all those who have cried for years about the glass ceiling to vote in another four years of "good old boys" politics!  They have a chance to make history in electing a woman...  Those of us who pay attention know that's not a good enough reason to vote for someone... but there are those who will vote McCain/Palin in hopes that they'll get to see it happen in their lifetime.

  5. yes i do think that it will as she appears to be a person that is concerned with the common person

  6. Yes, I do but not toward McCain. I think he thinks that he can win votes from women just by bringing in a woman because women lost Hilary. All women are not the same and I do not know this woman like I did Hilary. I am starting to see McCain in a new light. Its like his choice was based on her being a woman alone in order to gain the votes of women. How desperate is that?
